The 2026 Women of Whitetail ski & snowboard program has a few spots left — sign up now to join us from January 10 – February 8, 2026, for our super fun women-only program! WOW runs on Saturdays from 9:30am – 11:30am and/or Sundays from 9:30 – 11:30am for five consecutive weeks. You can sign up for one weekend day or both.
Designed and led by Emily Spiker, a Level 3 PSIA instructor (who was inducted into the PA Snow Sports Hall of Fame this fall!), the WOW program is now in its 20th year. WOW offers top-level coaching focused on women-specific topics, including hip alignment and a lower center of mass, women’s equipment issues, and dealing with fears or confidence. Emily and I attended the PSIA Eastern Trainers Academy at Mount Snow in early December, and we’ve brought the latest PSIA knowledge and standards back to our women instructors to make the WOW program the best it can be.
The 5-week WOW program gives you the opportunity to ski or ride with the same group and the same high-level PSIA-AASI certified woman instructor every weekend. It’s a great way to improve your skills and enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded women who want to gain confidence, conquer fears, and have tons of fun on the mountain!

WOW is for skiers who are 18 or older, and is perfect for advanced beginners through experts. We’ll split into groups and take our time to ensure that everyone gets individualized attention and comes away with specific cues, tips, and tricks to use throughout the season and beyond! You’ll also meet other women who love skiing and are looking to take it to the next level, manage their fears, and connect with new ski buddies.
Another great perk of the Women of Whitetail ski & snowboard program is that it purposefully starts at 9:30am, so if your child is in the Whitetrailers Program, or if you’re dropping them off at Kids Mountain Camp you’ll have time to make that happen by 9am and then take a minute to breathe and get yourself over to WOW. You deserve that dedicated time to focus on you. We hope you’ll join us!
A discounted 5-day Lift Ticket add-on is available for purchase if you do not already have a season pass. On your first day, meet us on snow by the private lesson gathering spot in the mixing bowl (near the You Me Double) – look for the blue flags and you’ll see us there!
